The furniture is all new and comfy, a good surprise! The location is super convenient for hopping on buses and trains without the noise invading my beauty sleep.
The mattress seemed like sleeping on a brick. I could hear trains and cars all night-enough to create an impromptu remix of travel chaos!

The bed was comfortable, we had a good rest. Location, a short walk to all attractions. A perfect place for exploring Novi Sad. A great selection restaurants to eat close by, like Verige that was only 10 minutes' walk away
Liked everything.

I had a great stay at a hotel conveniently located near the train and bus station. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and my room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Despite not being close to the city center, I enjoyed a pleasant stroll to the river in the evening. I highly recommend this hotel for its location and comfortable rooms.

Brakfast was excellent
Staff could be more polite and friendly. There were not cold water in rooms - only hot, impossible to have shower.

It's location is unbeatable - it's opposite the train and bus stations. The whole area is open and safe. We occupied a triple non-smoking room and liked the fact that the hotel has a no-smoking policy in the common areas. The room was clean, the sheets white and the beds comfortable enough for a good night's rest. There was sufficient space for all our bags. Bathroom is a little on the dim side but clean too. The front desk was very helpful in allowing us to check in early when we arrived at 5.45 am in the morning by train. Breakfast was decent though not fantastic - bread, jam, cheese spread, sausages and bacon, hard boiled and sunny-side up eggs, cereal and yogurt.
The decor is rather dated, with dark wood and carpeted floors.

Spent my New Year at this hotel and it was awesome! The breakfast spread was amazing, with a variety of options that catered to everyone. The hotel is located right next to the bus & train stations, making it hassle-free for those arriving by public transport. The room was the best part, it was spacious and spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable and the TV had a great selection of channels. The waiters were friendly and did an amazing job.

I like the prompt reaction of the hotel staff and services. The hotel has parking places and it is placed on transport junction of the Novi Sad.
A renovation of the rooms have to be done! Hotel is far from the most of beautiful town places.

The hotel's location across from the bus and train station was convenient for arrival and departure. the lobby was decent and the staff accommodating. Generally, the room was spacious and clean with no odd smells. the bed was decent to sleep on.
The thin walls allowed noise to pass through from neighbouring rooms making it difficult to sleep.

The staff here were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel very welcome. The bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, which was a huge plus for me.
I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the transportation hub making it easy to arrive with luggage, and access other parts of the city. the hotel provided a decent breakfast which was helpful during the Christmas holidays when other options were limited. Lastly, the bed was comfortable and provided a good rest between outings.
The hotel was dirty and every room had its own issues. the bathroom was not well-maintained, and the towels were poorly washed.
